A Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) room is a meeting space or area that is equipped with audio-visual (AV) technology but does not have a dedicated computer. Instead, meeting participants use their own laptops, tablets, or smartphones to connect to the room's AV equipment, such as displays, microphones, and speakers, for video conferencing and content sharing.
