Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • We aim for 1-2 working days for dispatch of all orders.
  • UK orders up to 1Kg are sent via Royal Mail, delivery can take up to 3-5 working days after dispatch.
  • Orders over 1Kg are sent via DPD are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day.
  • For orders placed after 2.30pm, the working day commences at 8am the next day.

Methods Of Delivery

  • Zone 1: Orders in the weight range of 0-1kg are sent via Royal Mail. Orders 1kg+ are sent via DPD.
  • Zone 2: Orders 100g-1kg are sent via Royal Mail. Orders 1kg+ are sent via DPD.
  • Zone 3: Orders 0-1kg for Scottish Highlands will be sent via Royal Mail and 1kg+ with DPD. Channel Islands will be sent via DHL.
  • Delivery charges listed below exclude VAT. VAT will be applied in the shopping cart.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to have an EU based web site to cover orders and delivery for mainland Europe customers in the near future.

Are there other Shipping Restrictions?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
  • To ensure next-day delivery, order must be placed by 2.30pm GMT.

BFPO/PO Box Addresses

We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK. Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
